Tenuta Scuotto winery lies in Lapio, near Avellino. Built on three floors, it overlooks the enchanting landscape of luxuriant vineyards encircled by the reassuring empbrace of the Tuoro Mountain. The winery and its Fiano vineyards are at 480 metres asl. Unique soil features, excellent exposure and a peculiar microclimate make it the ideal place in which to produce great wines.
Edoardo Scuotto was driven to settle in Irpinia by his passion for wine and his desire to experience coopratin betwee man and nature. With the support of his family, who shares the same pssion, his dream has become an important and recognised winemaking project. Tenuta Scuotto aims to provide the market with products that are different, yet authentic expression of the terroir.
Tenuta Scuotto’s primary goal is to produce wines that are a clear expression of the territory and the family’s passion for viticulture. Wines that are capable of transmitting emotions and communicating impressions of the land and the winemaking culture of the Campania Region.
