About Pauletts

Pauletts carries on the proud family tradition of producing regional wines that showcase the elegance and intensity of the Clare Valley region.

Founded in 1983 by Neil and Alison Paulett, the winery remains family owned and operated, now led by their son Matt and his wife Ali. As a small-batch producer, the winery prioritises quality over yield, allowing the fruit from its vineyards in the Polish Hill River region to express the character of each vintage and variety authentically.

The winery is also home to the award-winning Bush deVine restaurant, which showcases local produce and ingredients sourced from its own bush food garden.

Pauletts is renowned for crafting regional wines that reflect the elegance and intensity of the Clare Valley. Its Rieslings are internationally recognised for their distinctive flinty minerality, while the red wines are known for their smooth, restrained style and delicate tannins. The range also includes quality regional whites and exceptional sparkling wines.

Although the wines have earned numerous awards both in Australia and internationally, the family takes greatest pride in seeing their wines enjoyed and shared among family and friends, creating memorable experiences with every glass.
